J&Y Property Investment LLC, founded by Nan Jiang and Henry Yuan in 2022, aims to enter the real estate development market in New York City. Together, Jiang and Yuan started a vertically integrated (contractor & developer working closely together) real estate development company. The goal is to build sustainable buildings, which targets lowmedium income families.
